but i was still so excited that it only cost us $35 to fill up our gas tank tonight that i had to document the event!
so here i am pointing out the very LESS EXPENSIVE gas price at our local gas station - the kum & go. (james was a good sport to take my picture in front of the busy street of cars. he must have known when he married me that i came with a few embarrassing moments. :))
and here is cute james pumping our car full of "still not cheap" gasoline.
another fun part of our weekend was a two-day monopoly tournament with our friends jessica and andrew. but they're babysitter could only stay so long , so we ended up wrapping it up before there was an official winner. though i have to say that i was on the path to victory.
and yet again, there are no words to explain this picture accept ridiculously loveable.

I LOVE those pictures! He is so smiley and it is very very cute! I think he may be bigger than Alli now, but I am not sure. I am glad that gas is "cheap" for you guys, hopefully ours will keep coming down to match. We miss you all!
You're looking good! A week ago today I was rocking little Scotty while you and James were getting ready for church. Miss you so much, but the pictures sure do help. Thanks for keeping me updated.
I love the cheaper gas prices. That little Scott is such a cutie. They get big so fast.
I was jumping for joy, almost literally, when it was less than $50 to fill up my tank. Seriously :)
Don't even worry about it, I could tell you had something on your mind. I kind of have a one track mind so that happens to me ALL of the time and I always hope that I don't offend people! New calling? What are you doing?
Oh man! Just today I pointed out to Mike that the gas prices are $2.99... way cheap! It now depresses me to see how much more expensive it still is here. Ugh! You're seriously getting a bargain at $2.39.
That pic just makes me smile!
Oh my heck, $2.39 for gas!!! That is amazing. It is still around $3.30 her in Utah. You guys are so lucky. How are you guys doing? Looks like you are having a fun time!
funny, i agree with both of you. i was celebrating yesterday that it was less than 40 dollars to fill up my car. just last month it was at least 60. yet, i agree with your husband, they win, uhgg. oh well, at least it is cheaper at the moment. by the way, i think you are so cute. i love that you took a picture of the "cheap gas" sign. you look happy!
$35 for a tank?! That IS cheap! In fact, all US fuel prices are cheap...! ;-) I was excited the other day when our car filled up under the £70 mark!! Yep -- £70! I think that's around $110 :-/ Depressing, huh? ;-) x
